To Clean/Revitalize: Wash pad in gentle cycle, cold water; tumble dry low to experience the moist heat effect again. CAUTION: Do not leave microwave unattended. Pad not intended for infants or those with insensitive skin or poor circulation. Consult with your doctor before applying pad.

Our pads are available with white removable, adjustable straps that are machine washable; straps must be removed prior to placing in microwave to avoid melting the plastic fastener. The straps adjust to fit sizes extra small to extra large, 20" to 42" waist measurements.
